Volunteers are STILL needed for the following help at our
October 27th Fall Fundraiser Event:
Before Event
• Pick-up donations from businesses in Tucson and locally (Sahuarita, Green Valley, Tubac, etc)
• Distribute posters/postcards at businesses
Day of Event
• Setup (begins at 9:00am at the venue)
• Registering attendees (in place by 4:00)
• Silent Auction Monitors (until auction closes about 6:30)
• Live Auction (record winning bidder numbers and amounts)
After the Event
• Checkout (retrieve winning items for people as they checkout/pay)
• Tear down
In Addition
1) Volunteers (not all) may need to go to Equine Voices for a training session
